The Digital Emotional Wellbeing program uses NeuroFlow to give you digital CBT-based care. DCBT, or "digital cognitive behavioral therapy", explores the links between thoughts, emotions and behavior. It supports your behavioral health and can help you cope with everyday stresses.

NeuroFlow helps you understand your mental, emotional and behavioral needs. It recommends activities and education to help you learn, cope, and grow. It may also connect you with a therapist or counselor.

The DCBT modules are not available on the web version for self-selection. The DCBT modules are available on the web if you complete a survey or do some other activity within NeuroFlow that triggers the system to recommend that you complete a DCBT module (aka, “content triggers”).  The recommended DCBT module will then appear in your “To-Do” list within NeuroFlow on the web version and can be launched/completed on the web.

On the mobile app version, you may receive a recommendation based upon content triggers. Or, you may look in the Journey Gallery to find a topic that interests you and select it without doing any specific action to trigger the recommendation. The self-selection option via the Journey Gallery is a functionality that is not available in the web version.

Yes, everything you do within the program is confidential. Your information and activity are kept private. They are never shared outside the program.

As you use the program, you'll answer questions about your mental health. These questions, or assessments, help determine what kind of care you need. Your assessment results might show that you need to talk to someone. If that is the case, the program will recommend therapy or counseling. You'll get specific instructions and links to connect to a care provider.
