Billing Reminder

Claims must be submitted with the NPI registered with Gainwell and the appropriate taxonomy code. Claims with missing or mismatched provider information will be denied or delayed beginning September 1.

We encourage providers to submit claims electronically using one of the methods found on our Submitting claims page. If you opt to file on paper, claims must be submitted to: Magellan Healthcare, Inc. P.O. Box 1029 Maryland Heights, MO 63043.
