The Availity portal issue sending random errors to providers for Eligibility and Claims Status transactions has been resolved. The system is operating normally.

We encourage providers to submit claims electronically using one of the methods found on our Submitting claims page. If you opt to file on paper, claims must be submitted to: Magellan Healthcare, Inc. P.O. Box 1029 Maryland Heights, MO 63043.
