EDI Claims Processing Issue
Magellan has identified an issue where EDI‑submitted claims are not reaching our claims system. Our IT team is actively investigating and working toward a resolution. If you have questions, please contact IdahoProvider@MagellanHealth.com.
Reminder: Taxonomy codes required for claims processing
Ensure billing and rendering taxonomy codes are included to avoid denials after April 1, 2026.
