Transition-Aged Youth Game Plan
Turning 18 is an important milestone, and planning ahead can help make the transition to adulthood smoother. Magellan's Transition-Aged Youth (TAY) Game Plan is designed for Idaho youth ages 16-21 who are preparing for adult responsibilities, healthcare decisions and behavioral health services.
